Choosing a photographer for heirloom, high quality portraits is an important decision and you want to be confident your dancer is in the right hands. You need a dance photographer who understands the technique, discipline and artistry of dance, while also making your dancer feel comfortable, supported and truly seen.

Having trained in dance from a young age, and been involved in the dance industry for many years as a university trained dance teacher, I understand the world of dance from the inside. I know the love and passion that dancers feel for the art form as well as the hard work, discipline and artistry that go into becoming a trained dancer. My dance background has given me an innate ability to capture movement at the perfect moment and to be able to guide dancers during a session. I am able to look beyond the movement and capture the uniqueness and artistry of each dancer.

Each portrait celebrates the individuality of the dancer and the art they have worked so hard to master. Most importantly, I encourage every dancer so they feel confident and able to express themselves throughout their session. I see them for the creative dance artist they are and create gorgeous portraits that will be cherished for years to come.
